[How to remove rust]

● Do not place near fire. Doing so may cause discoloration.
● When you press the back of the knife strongly with your hand, cover the back with a cloth while cooking.

It's light and easy to grip, and it cuts really well, so I enjoy cooking every day!

I put the gel for the tension rod on the edge.

It looks good and is easy to wash, but the sharpness is not that great. It's hard to cut pumpkins with it, so I'm looking forward to the Nitori-only knives.
