I bought this because I wanted to drink hot water by the bedside on cold mornings and nights. If you fill it with boiling water, it will keep the water warm for quite a while. On the other hand, if it's only half-warm, it will cool down easily. The handle is plastic, and the lid is not airtight (if you knock it over, a little water will leak out from the gap in the lid's sliding part), so it may not be suitable for people who are looking for something more solid. I think it's a good product for people who want something simple, cheap and easy to use. The instructions say that if you put milk in it, there is a risk that the ingredients will go bad (does that mean they will go off easily?), but I drink it all up in less than an hour, so I also put in matcha latte and hojicha latte. If they had other colors like pink beige, I'd like to buy some more.

During the winter, when I drink something while working with a regular mug, the drink is often lukewarm by the third sip and cold by the fourth, but to my surprise, this one is warm. I bought a black one from Deco Home before, but it was so good that I bought another one in a different color from Nitori. I use them alternately, so that while I'm washing and drying one, I can use the other. From a hygiene point of view, I'd like to wash them straight after use, but if I only have one, I have to wait for it to dry or wipe it down before using it again, so I bought another one so I could use it while I was waiting for the first one to dry. I can enjoy a hot drink for about two hours, so it's really useful. I really should have bought one earlier.
