I'm a big fan of the non-slip series of trays. At first, I didn't really believe in them and thought they were a bit expensive, but they really are. I also have the large trays that you would use at a Japanese inn, but I don't use them any more. This series is light and slim, and it fits neatly next to the microwave, so I have various sizes and materials, but I use this smaller size the most because it's easy to use, so I use it every day.
