I put it on the dining table. Because I have small children, they often make a mess when eating, so I can quickly take it out with one hand without it slipping, which is very helpful! I can also put things like glasses and remote controls on the top, and because the width can be adjusted freely, I can use it as a storage case even in a small space, which I am satisfied with.

It cleared up the clutter around the futon. It doesn't have a stable divider or anything, but you can change the width, so I think it's good.
