Until now, I've been using a fan to dehumidify the room, but since it's an old apartment block, I thought I couldn't open the windows in summer, so I tried using it to combat humidity in the bathroom, which doesn't have a ventilation fan. It was exactly like the water towel I bought for my car decades ago. It absorbs moisture quickly and can be wrung out to a surprising degree. When it dries out, it becomes hard as a rock, but it returns to its original state as soon as it gets wet. I like the towel type better than the sponge type because I like to wring it out. Sometimes it gets dirty, so I think it would be good if they sold a darker color. (It was fine if I washed it straight away.) I also plan to buy one for the bathroom and changing room to use for dampness. As it is a consumable item, I think it is worth the price. The image shows one that has been used once.
