I think they're great for when you have guests. They're very cheap, and you could use them for everyday use and then replace them after a few uses.

I found these six months ago and, as they were cheap, I bought them with the idea that I would use them as throwaway chopsticks. They are slender, with even slimmer tips, and definitely more elegant than disposable chopsticks! As I'm single, I'm the only one who uses these ‘my chopsticks’. So, I thought that if I washed them, I could use the same 10 sets of chopsticks over and over again without worrying about my family, and I did as I said, and I'm still using the same 10 sets of chopsticks without any mould or dirt. The chopsticks I had before went into storage. I decided to use these delicate, elegant, lightweight chopsticks for visitors, but as disposable ones... that would be a waste.
