I tried various types of pillows, including those with a springy feel and those that were more like hotel pillows, but I couldn't find one that suited me, and I was always getting headaches in the morning. This pillow seems to be the right balance of height and firmness for me, as it naturally sinks into the shape of my head and feels comfortable. When I raise my head, it slowly returns to its original shape. It also has a deodorizing function, so I've found a really good product. I think I'll buy a temperature-control cover for it, as it seems to get hot in the summer.

I've always used cheap pillows, but I took the plunge and bought this one. The height can be adjusted, and above all, the firmness? the resilience is just right (sorry for my poor explanation). I used to wake up in the middle of the night, but now I don't wake up until the morning. I'm really glad I bought it.
