This is the first time I've bought a hook from Nitori. From the way it was installed, I thought it would be very easy to do, but when I actually tried it, even with both hands it was so hard to get in that I gave up... Before I gave up, I read this review, which said “When you're pushing it in, make a small circular motion”, so I tried it and it really did go in smoothly! Your reviews are very helpful!
