No problems at all.

I bought this because I wanted to try using a cast iron frying pan. After using it about five times, the coating seems to have come off a little, but the food doesn't stick to it, and things like hamburgers cook up nicely. It would be nice if there were more detailed instructions on how to look after it, such as not using detergent and baking it after use to remove the oil.

If you use it by keeping in mind the key points, such as heating it well and not removing too much oil when washing it, there is nothing difficult about using it. When you cook with this pan, you can really understand how good it is at conducting heat. Wooden handles crack, and iron handles are too hot to touch, but this pan has a handle that is processed so that it doesn't get hot, and it also has a shape that is easy to grip, so it is very easy to use. I've been quite hesitant about using an iron frying pan until now, but as a result I'm now regretting intensely why I didn't buy one earlier. I gave it 4 stars because the durability is unknown at this stage, but I believe that if you properly let the oil film settle in and grow accustomed to it, it will last longer than previous ones.

People say that iron frying pans are difficult to look after, but if you wipe off any moisture after use and lightly heat the pan to coat it with a little oil, it will stay like a dream frying pan that makes your fried eggs slide off easily ♪ The ‘perfectly burnt’ taste and appearance of fried rice, stir-fried vegetables and fried eggs cannot be achieved with a Teflon frying pan. Recently, my children have even been requesting to use my father's iron frying pan. I will continue to use it carefully from now on!
