I'm satisfied with the chair itself, but the packaging was bigger than I expected. (Because the chair is a knock-down model and was disassembled, I had imagined it would be more compactly packaged.)

I bought it because I wanted a chair with a swivel arm, and it's really good. My house is very small, so I chose this one, but I think it would have been better if it was a little bigger.

My wife has been unwell and it has become difficult for her to sit down and stand up in a normal chair, so I thought this might be a good idea and bought it. It is well made and can be rotated, so it is easy to sit down and stand up, and my wife is very satisfied with it. I also tried sitting on it, and I think it is a good product with a comfortable seat.
