It feels different from a normal cushion, and no matter which way you lean, your bottom will be comfortable, so I think it might be good for your back too. If it doesn't get flat easily, it would be perfect, and I'm definitely going to buy it again!

I used to use the gel type from Nitori, but I switched to this. It's much better than the gel type, as it's improved the pain in my sit bones. It's only the first day, so I don't know how durable it is, but it's been a really good purchase so far. If I could be picky, I'd like it to be a little wider. This product is 40cm x 40cm, which is good for the length, but I'd be even happier if it was 5-10cm wider. If they make a product like that, I'd buy it again.
