I'm a repeat customer. I bought a new one because the old one had become stiff after more than two years of use. I like it because the fluffy texture lasts a long time. The navy blue one I used before faded in the first wash, so I chose gray this time. I'm glad I did.

It's a product that's thick and has good absorbency, so I'm satisfied with it! However, the quality label is unusually large and very stiff, so I cut it off because it hurt when it touched my skin. The label should be improved so that it is part of the towel.
