It's great because it reduces the strain on your hips and lower back when you're doing desk work for long periods of time. I think it could be a little firmer.

I think it improves your posture naturally and is effective for stiff necks! It's comfortable because you just put it down and it doesn't move. If I could be picky, I'd say it would be better if it was a little narrower so it wouldn't hit my arms, but maybe that's just because my shoulders are narrow... (^_^;) Also, it gets surprisingly hot after using it for a long time. It would be nice if they made a cover! I've written a lot, but I'll continue to use it!
