HEAT RESISTANT GLASS STORAGE CONTAINER 780ML Square

I bought one in a smaller size to try it out and really liked it, so I bought this size too. It's a little tricky to close the lid, but it's well-made and even when you store food in the fridge, it doesn't transfer smells, which is great. I like it because it gives me a sense of security that I don't get with plastic containers.

I've bought several of these containers. I use the larger containers to store prepared dishes that keep well, such as curry, stew, Chinese rice bowls, and Mapo Tofu, in the refrigerator. They are a really convenient container for making and storing food in advance, as they can be tightly sealed! The glass makes it easy to see what's inside, and even for dishes like pork miso soup that have a little oil floating on top, you can heat them up safely as they are heat-resistant glass. With plastic, if there is a lot of oil, it will deform, but this is fine!

As it is heat-resistant glass, it can be heated in the microwave and used as a dish on the dining table, which is convenient. As it is glass, you don't have to worry about smells transferring. You can also stack them and put them in the fridge, so it's easy to keep things tidy and organised. Also, as I bought them in different sizes, when they're empty, I can store them nested together, so they don't take up much space and are convenient.
