I often use it to cook rice easily, just by finishing it off in the pan. It's perfect for busy times when you want to make a quick meal with a good balance of carbohydrates and vegetables, and it's also great because you don't have to do much washing up. I love cooking, so I use it to make all sorts of main dishes, side dishes and desserts, but because there's no need to worry about smells or colour transfer, I can use it to my heart's content. The lid is plastic, so if I'm making a dish that I'm worried about the smell transferring to, I put cling film in between the lid and the food to keep it from happening. The glass is slippery when washing it, so it can be dangerous at times, but for me, glass containers are indispensable. I've almost given up on plastic containers, but I don't have any problems with them at all.

I bought this to store kimchi in. It doesn't pick up any smells.

I really like that they can be used in the dishwasher and microwave. However, I regret not having bought them with the lids already attached. I bought three of different sizes, and the lids for the largest size are a little difficult to fit, so it takes a bit of finesse to get them to fit. Only I can fit the lid on the largest size.

The glass lids are sturdy, so I use them for food that easily transfers colour or that has a lot of oil. It was very convenient to be able to use it as it was to reheat dishes like ‘Doria’. I also use it to open snack foods and then put the lid on when I can't finish eating them all. With plastic types, it's harder to get the oil and smells out. The lid has to be placed firmly in the centre to close it, so it can be a little difficult at times, but it seals tightly, so it's not a problem.

It's made of glass, but it's lighter than I thought. It's a heat-resistant product, so when I make gratin, I can make a lot at once and store any leftovers by putting the lid on, so it's really useful. However, I thought the lid was a little tight when closing it.
