It keeps the contents hot for a long time, just as the instructions say. I use it for instant noodles and vermicelli soup when I'm out trekking, but it's so hot that I have to blow on it to be able to eat it. Even after 6 hours, it's still hot. Compared to other products, it's a great value for money and I definitely recommend it.

It's literally “insulated and super-warm”. I bought this because I couldn't get hot water at work, so I would bring hot water from home. It's enough to keep me warm for lunch time instant miso soup, and and two cups of coffee for my friends. It keeps things warm for more than enough time. It's a bit heavy, but that's to be expected when you consider how well it keeps things warm. I think it's just the right size for me. It's also good value for money
