I use it all the time. Other stores also sell cutting board sheets, but the ones I've used from other stores have curled up or been difficult to use in some ways. Nitori's product is perfect in terms of both width and usability. Thank you.

I've already used it for about the third or fourth time. It's useful for all sorts of things, whether you're cutting meat or fish, or dusting them with potato starch.

I use it for everyday use, of course, but it's also really useful when I need to cut a large piece of food that won't fit on the chopping board. That's why I deliberately chose the large size. However, I would be grateful if the box the product comes in could be made from plastic or something similar.
