I bought this for chronic hemorrhoids. Unlike ordinary round cushions, it has a dent in it where your thigh fits, so it's comfortable and easy to sit on.

My husband wanted to buy a round cushion for sitting on a chair after his prostate surgery because it was painful for him to sit on a chair, so I went to several stores to buy one. I bought them without trying them out first, but... (lol). When I went to the round cushion section at Nitori, I was surprised to find that they had chairs set up so you could try them out, and I was really impressed by how helpful they were. When I sat on it, I said that the shape fit me really well and that it was the most comfortable cushion I'd ever tried, but I was worried that it would be too hard to sit on for long periods of time, so I bought it. It's been over a month since I bought it, and as I feared, it is too hard to sit on for long periods of time.

It's just right for everything. If you're on the fence, definitely buy it.

I bought this as a cushion for teleworking. It's so comfortable that I bought another one for the office. It's good to use in the summer too, as it doesn't get stuffy.
