The oil thermometer is good because it has a place to fix it.

It's easy to use because it has an oil thermometer and can be fixed in place. The material is also solid and seems to be durable. When transferring the oil to the oil pot after deep frying, the oil drips down to the bottom of the pan because the groove is shallow, and it almost seems to drip onto the table. Also, because the handle is metal, you can't hold it with your bare hands immediately after deep frying. I'm wondering why the handle is metal, but I'm glad I bought it because it was reasonably priced.
