The cushion that you put inside is thin, and my cat doesn't like fluffy things, so she used it straight away. If your cat likes fluffy things, I think it would be a good idea to add something extra. If I had to pick a complaint, it's that it's a bit too light. If the cat makes a dash when it's time to go out, it can move with the force of that dash, and the cat can be startled by it. Maybe it would be good to put a thin non-slip mat on the bottom.
