It's very convenient because it has markings on the 26cm deep frying pan. My son, who is in high school, uses it mainly. It's useful for making ramen because you don't have to measure the water. It's also convenient for making fried rice and stir-fried vegetables because it's deep. The only problem is that the handle is made of plastic and is quite delicate, so it will break if dropped. That's why I bought a second one. Even so, I'm glad I bought it.

I was using a shallow frying pan, but the ingredients would pop out and the oil would splash around, which was stressful. I live alone, so I wanted to make a certain amount at a time, so I bought a 26cm deep frying pan that wasn't too big in diameter. I made ketchup stir-fry for the first time, and even though I used a lot of vegetables, they didn't pop out, and I hardly noticed any oil splashing. I'm glad I bought it!

I bought it because the size of the base and the black color make dirt less noticeable, and it has markings on it. The price was also reasonable. The only thing that's a bit of a disappointment is that it doesn't seem to be very lightweight.

Most IH-compatible frying pans have low rims, and I was worried about oil splashing when stir-frying, so I bought this frying pan with a high rim. As I had hoped, the area around the IH cooking utensils became cleaner, so I'm glad I bought it. Also, it was a frying pan that was easy to handle without feeling heavy.
