I've never been able to find a pillow that fits me, so I bought this after reading reviews. I usually sleep on my side, and after using it for two days, I still had pain in my neck and shoulders in the morning... This pillow seems a little high for me. I was disappointed because I had high expectations. Maybe it would be good for people who sleep on their backs... I'll look for something else! My pillow-hunting journey continues...

I struggled with adjusting the height for over a week after buying it. Maybe because I have a short neck, once I used it as it was, the back of my head where the pipe hit became really painful, and it wasn't just about relieving a straight neck or stiff shoulders... I gradually took it out a little at a time and adjusted it to a height where the back of my head didn't hurt. I think I took out about a third of it. I'll put a photo up so you can see how much I took out (lol). I keep the removed part in a freezer bag so I can use it again when it starts to go soft. I also bought a silk pillowcase from Nitori at the same time. It's hard to find the right height for yourself, but it's great that you can buy one at this price. I hope it will help ease my stiff neck, shoulders and straight neck.

There are plenty of high-end pillows out there, but I couldn't bring myself to buy one, so I looked around for a while and found this product. The reviews were good, and the price wasn't out of my reach. I took the plunge and bought it! As everyone's comments said, I took out the stuffing from the neck part, which was about the size of two fists, and adjusted the height. When I went to sleep, I wondered if it would work... but when I woke up in the morning, I was surprised! I didn't have any pain when I woke up. My wife is also considering buying one. I never thought that one pillow could make such a difference. I wish I had bought one earlier.

It's revolutionary because it keeps your neck firmly in place, so you don't wake up with a stiff neck the next morning. I think I made a good purchase. After using it for about a week, my face looks refreshed, and I'm surprised that the swelling in my face, which had been so bad, seems to have gone down. I also recommend trying out different pillows. I use it with a silk cover, which is sold separately, for my hair.

I think the product is good, but it doesn't seem to suit me. I tried adjusting the stuffing on the neck side, but when I reduce it, it moves around inside. The back of my head doesn't come to the position of the hollow. I bought it with high expectations because of the pain in my neck, but I'm disappointed.
